Mark Taggart
I have been doing commercial estate for over 41 years! I have a BS in Finance from THE Ohio State University and am proud to hold Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations. My favorite aspect of commercial real estate is customer service, where I am able to connect with passionate local business owners every day. When I’m not serving the community, I enjoy Buckeye football, yoga, skiing, golfing, and going to Clippers games!
Jason Taggart
I am a lifelong resident of Central Ohio; a graduate of THE Ohio State University with a BA in Economics. I became licensed in real estate in 1996 and have been involved in all facets of commercial real estate services including development, brokerage, property management and ownership of industrial, office and retail properties. I have served the Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR) as the Chair of the C/I Membership committee and elected member of the C/I Steering Committee which oversees all committees of the C/I Section. Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR); Committee Member of the C/I MLS CIE Exchange and CORPAC Fund Raising Committee. I also serve as a Trustee for the Mill Run Owners Association and three other property owner associations.
Jean Ferrell
I have been working in commercial real estate for Mark F. Taggart Company for 14 years. I graduated from Ohio State University with a BA in Economics in 2010. I have been a licensed Realtor in the State of Ohio and a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors since 2009. My favorite part of commercial real estate is the variety of businesses I get to work with. Our clients and tenants have all types of business uses and requirements making each day different and exciting.
Micha Marriott
I have been with Mark Taggart for three years, and in the administrative field for six years! I’m passionate about keeping our agents organized and streamlined so they can be more productive and successful. When I’m not helping our team, I enjoy spending time exploring Columbus with my husband and two children.
Erik Halkum
I have 13 years of experience in maintenance and property management and am certified in HVAC. I started my career as the main maintenance tech for a 185-unit apartment complex then, I transitioned into a lead role at a property management company that manages roughly 2,500 units. Within commercial real estate, I really enjoy the variety of work experiences and the ability to collaborate with people to solve problems. No two days are the same and it keeps things interesting. Working at Mark F Taggart Company has allowed me to expand my skills on the commercial side of maintenance and real estate. Outside of work, I enjoy boating with my wife and friends, fishing, or hopping on my bike and cruising the backroads.
